AD&D Benefits
If you lose a hand, foot, sight, mobility — or a similar type of injury — the plan could pay you a percentage of your coverage amount. The amount varies based on the type of loss. See the Power of Benefits Handbook for details.
Your beneficiary
If you die, benefits will be paid to your beneficiaries. You may designate one or more beneficiaries. For two or more beneficiaries, your benefit will be paid in equal share unless otherwise designated by you.
